Privacy Policy

Technovaa, Inc. ("Technovaa", "we", "us") operates the Technovaa AI/ML platform available at technovaa.online (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English because we think you deserve to understand what happens to your data.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us — such as your name, work email, workspace name, and payment details when you create an account or purchase a plan.
- Information from your use of the Service — such as model metadata, workspace activity logs, IP address, browser type, and diagnostic telemetry.
- Information from third parties — such as identity information from your SSO provider (Google, Okta, Microsoft) when you sign in.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide, secure, and improve the Service; to communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates; to comply with legal obligations; and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not train foundation models on your data. Your datasets, prompts, model weights, and inference logs are contractually and technically isolated from any Technovaa research or product-improvement activity unless you explicitly opt in.
3. Data security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We're SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo annual penetration tests. Access to production systems is limited to a small on-call rotation and gated behind hardware-key MFA. Full details are available in our Trust Center.
4. Data processing & sub-processors
For customers subject to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or similar frameworks, we offer a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) at no additional cost. Contact beckett@technovaa.online to request one. Our current sub-processor list is maintained at technovaa.online/subprocessors.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your workspace, we permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., invoicing records).
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact beckett@technovaa.online. We'll respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Technovaa is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by an in-app notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
